1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Level Play Commons website and services. By accessing the site or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

3. Eligibility and traveler responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with us.
- You are responsible for accurate information, valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with local laws.
- You must disclose relevant medical or dietary needs that affect safety or feasibility of services.
- You agree to respectful conduct and to follow guide and operator instructions for safety.
4. Bookings, pricing, and payments
- Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing and deposits are received.
- Prices are listed in the indicated currency and may be subject to surcharges or adjustments for taxes, fees, or exchange rate movements where permitted by law and contract; we will notify you promptly.
- Deposits and payment schedules are specified in your proposal/confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation in accordance with section 7.
- We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. You agree to our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes requested by you
We will attempt to accommodate change requests (e.g., dates, names, room types). Additional costs or supplier fees may apply. Certain components (e.g., permits, tickets) may be non-changeable.
6. Itinerary changes by us
Before or during travel, we may make reasonable changes due to operational needs, safety, weather, or partner availability. We will provide equivalent or better alternatives where feasible. Material changes will be communicated as soon as practicable.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms are stated in your confirmation and our Refund Policy. Non-refundable elements (e.g., special permits, certain tickets) may be retained.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, severe weather, or infrastructure failures. We will endeavor to rebook or provide credits where possible.
9. Health, fitness, and risk
Some activities require adequate physical fitness or carry inherent risks (e.g., hiking, boating). You accept such risks and must disclose conditions that could affect safety. We may decline participation if safety standards cannot be met.
10. Third-party services
We contract reputable third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport, local operators). Such suppliers are responsible for their own performance, and their terms may apply. Our obligation is to exercise reasonable skill and care in selection and coordination.
11. Liability
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Subject to the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with the services is limited to the amounts paid to us for the relevant booking.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses due to events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Insurance
You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance (medical, cancellation, baggage, and personal liability) suitable for your destination and activities.
13. Website use and intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Level Play Commons and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or reuse content without our prior written consent.
14. Privacy and cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be managed using the on-site controls.
15. Complaints
If an issue arises during travel, notify your guide or our support immediately so we can assist. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 28 days of return to [email protected].
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and services. For bookings, the Terms provided at confirmation apply.
